UK

All UK shipping is Royal Mail and we'll try to post your order on the same day – we'll confirm by email when your order ships, and provide tracking info if selected. Any questions email us at orders@doublea-side.com. 

Rest of the World

Global shipping options and prices are available at checkout, but please Email us at orders@doublea-side.com if you have any queries or special requests.

If ordering from overseas, you may be responsible for import duties on your order. We are not able to control for this, so we suggest that you contact your local customs office should you have any concerns. See T&Cs for more.

Returns and Exchanges

You're free to return or exchange any garment for any reason within 7 days of receipt if it has not been damaged, worn or washed, and has all original tags attached. Once we receive the garment, we will issue a refund.

If you wish to exchange it for a different size, please email returns@doublea-side.com and send your garment, along with tracking details, to the address provided on email. We try to respond to all queries within 12 hours and will offer a refund should your size be unavailable.

As we're only little, for any returned or exchanged items, you will not be refunded the original cost of shipping, and you're responsible for the cost of the return shipping. For exchanged Items, we will of course pay the cost of re-shipping once the garment is received.
